    • At TheVines Kitchen, we strive for freshness, and for our delivery orders, you can expect your meal to be ready exactly at the time selected when you preorder. Be rest assured, we'll keep you informed with an email/text notification once your hot and delicious order is ready, along with the estimated time of arrival.

  2. Can I order for delivery via this website?

    • While you can view our offerings via this website, You can ONLY place your delivery/pickup orders via our renowned app-Cookin. Click here to preorder :)

  3. Do you cater for larger group events? If yes, how how can I place a catering order?

    • Yes, we cater to larger groups! At TheVines Kitchen, we prioritize providing generous portions and delectable meals. Our menu also extends beyond shawarma, offering a diverse range of cuisines to cater to various tastes.

4. Are there halal options available?                                       

  • Yes, we take pride in offering a variety of halal options on our menu, including delicious and flavorful halal sausages, chicken. We are committed to providing diverse and tasty choices for all our customers. Kindly include a note when placing your order if you want your proteins Halal.

5. Do you have Vegan shawarma options?

  • Not yet, but our chef is currently curating a Vegan shawarma menu. Our goal is to perfect it, ensuring it boasts the same mouthwatering taste and quality ingredients while preserving the authenticity of the vegan palette. Stay tuned for an exquisite addition to our menu!

6. How do you ensure food safety and hygiene?

    • At TheVines Kitchen, we prioritize the well-being of our customers. Our Chef follows stringent hygiene practices, including regular hand and surface sanitization, temperature check, kitchen screening, to provide you with safe and delicious shawarma!

In alignment with Ontario Food Premises Regulations, we also prioritize food safety through our Food Handler Certification.
